Fountain City Title Ltd. adds new title agent.

Fountain City Title Ltd. is pleased to announce that Kim Smith recently obtained her title insurance license through the State of Ohio. Kim, an attorney, joined Fountain City Title Ltd. last year. Since then she has been involved in all aspects of the business. She is presently busy reviewing and updating closing procedures in contemplation of the new real estate disclosure laws that go into effect in August. Kim is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio and lives with her husband, Charlie, who is part of a family farm operation. You can learn more about Kim here.
